Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?

NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by A Waggin Good Pet Store within 14 days from the invoice date, at A Waggin Good Pet Store discretion for credit or exchange.
All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15% percent restocking fee. A Waggin Good Pet Store reserves the right to authorise product returns beyond 14 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 14 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.

All items are to be returned within 14 days from the invoice date

WHERE do items need to be returned to?

You Need to call or email us to find out the location for that particular item.

HOW do customers return items?

Call or email us and quote the invoice number.
Approval for returns must first be granted before returning.
Place the original package inside another shipping carton, along with a copy of your invoice and a brief explanation of why the original merchandise is being returned.
DO NOT mark on the original container or use as a shipping carton.
Freight collect or COD returns will not be accepted.
Buyer is liable for return postage.
So please call or email us to explain the situation first.

SHIPPING for returns?

All shipping charges are to be prepaid by the customer returning the item. All other shipping expenses are the customers and all original shipping rates are non refundable.

CREDIT for returns?
A credit is for the original purchase price less the restocking fee and not including the original shipping costs.

Packing materials?

All items must be in original packaging for returns.  Place the original package inside another shipping carton for returns.  Do not use the original packaging as the packaging return.
